agreed, something on similar lines will no doubt also be required in the draft Directive to the *.C.A.0.

I see that the opening paragraph of the irective to the Force Commander has been prepared on the assumption that it will not be issued until after he has already issued No. 1 proclamation.

One point on which I am not quite clear in relation to these draft Directives is the demarcation of the spheres of responsibility between the war Office and the Admiralty so long as the Force Commander is a Naval officer.
